Winner Wednesday {June}

Winner Wednesday Header

I love this idea from Jennifer at A Dab of Glue Will Do!  It’s Winner Wednesday and you have a chance to win awesome products from some fabulous TpT authors!

This month I’m giving away a copy of my best selling product: Reading Intervention and Guided Reading Data Tracking.

This product includes everything you need to get started with collecting and using data with your intervention or guided reading groups.  I use most of these forms with my Reading Recovery students and in my classroom reading groups to manage what could easily become a mountain of data!

First, I take all my student data from initial assessments and use the editable form to identify what the student knows and what they need support with.

Action Plan

This bundle also includes pages to assess student letter formations and identify letters to support.  I ask the student to write each letter, in alphabetical order.  While the student writes, I track their formation and document it on my corresponding sheet.

Letter Formation - Teacher   Letter Formation - Student

I keep a sheet for each student in Reading Recovery that tracks the words the student can read and write, as well as the letters that the child can name and produce the sound for.  This gives me a quick way to see what the child knows while we work and allows me to track growth from week to week.

Known Words

Finally, I have a full sheet and half sheet version of my lesson record and running record.  The half page lesson record is just enough to track how I prompt my kiddos in guided reading and is easy to file with their running records.

Click the link below to win this bundle (sorry, WordPress doesn’t support Rafflecopter without an outside link)…or check it out on TpT by clicking here.

Happy Teaching,
